The BBB solution is provided through a professional consultancy engagement that is followed up by the turnkey planning, delivery and management of integrated services and programmes that address skills development, enterprise and supplier development and socio economic development.

BBB’s managed services portfolio is focused on the B-BBEE scorecard elements that are characterised by extreme complexity and that represent the greatest cost of compliance. These include:

  • Skills Development – at a total cost of up to 6% of payroll.
  • Enterprise and Supplier Development – at a total cost of up to 4% of Net Profit After Tax (NPAT), and
  • Socio-Economic Development – at a total cost of 1% of NPAT.

Turnkey preparation and submission of documentation requirements to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and that maximum benefits are derived.
