Consultancy services
Besides turnkey managed services in support of all training and skills development programmes, BBB offers a B-BBEE consulting service based on a nominal monthly retainer. The retainer is deemed to cover the provision of the following services:
- Development of a B-BBEE strategy to maximise the Client’s scorecard in accordance with compliance with the B-BBEE Act and The Codes of Good Practice.
- Guidance on the implementation of agreed and accepted recommendations throughout the measurement period to ensure that maximum possible scores are achieved and the best possible level attained.
- Telephonic support on all B-BBEE related issues.
- Preparation of the annual verification file, subject to the Client supplying the information timeously and in the required formats.
- Liaison with the appointed Verification Agent responsible for the audit on behalf of the Client to ensure that the required B-BBEE certificate is issued by due date. During the audit process BBB will advise on the interpretation of the information to ensure that each element of the Scorecard can be maximised in all material respects in accordance with the Act and related legislation.
